Board meetings are open to the public. However, personnel matters involving the Department are conducted in Executive Session. All meetings are conducted in accordance with Robert's Rules of Order.
Per the Department Bylaws, the Board may consist of up to 11 members. We currently have two Board Member vacancies. For Board Member qualifications and eligibility requirements, please visit our Bylaws webpage.
